Bringing Blessings to Full Completion: Join Us in Building the Third Stupa for GMC Bhutan

Wonderful things happen when a community comes together. Thanks to the incredible generosity of supporters around the world, the 108 Stupa Project—a royal initiative inspired by His Majesty the King of Bhutan and supported by His Holiness the 17th Gyalwang Karmapa, Ogyen Trinley Dorje, together with the Karma Leksheyling Foundation—has successfully secured funding for its first two stupas.

These sacred monuments are being constructed along the banks of the Mao Chhu River in Gelephu Mindfulness City, Bhutan, as a profound offering of peace, harmony, and spiritual well-being for all beings.

While completing two stupas is a significant achievement, the number three carries a particularly sacred meaning in Buddhism. It symbolizes the Three Jewels—the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha—the foundation of the Buddhist path, as well as the Three Bodies of the Buddha—the Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya—and the purification of merit across the three times: past, present, and future. Supporting the construction of the third stupa represents the completion of a meaningful spiritual aspiration and the creation of an irreversible, unbroken circle of merit, blessings, and dedication.

法不孤起，仗境方生。

承蒙十方善信的慈悲法喜，尊勝的 第十七世大寶法王 噶瑪巴 鄔金欽列多傑 與噶瑪列些林基金會 所護持的不丹「百八佛塔勝業」，目前已凝聚資糧，成功籌募前兩座佛塔的建築資金。這不僅是在不丹 Gelephu Mindfulness City 沿 Mao Chu 河畔築起的和平祭禮，更是每位參與者與佛陀證悟時刻的深度連結。
