make this special education accessible and free of cost to children who are from economically and socially less wealthy families.
Implementation: As I, Khenpo Karma Namgyal have been learning and receiving teachings from various highly qualified Rinpoches, Lams, Tulkus, Khenpos and Khenchens, Gesheys and related teachers. I am used to visiting Western, Europe and Asian countries to give teachings. With the support of devotees I bought land in Paro where I started the foundation. By now, a building is almost completed for children to use as classrooms and a hostel, so that they will be able pursue the implementation without any hindrances and with ease.
